Voice

Please make the name of the UTAU you use visible somewhere in your title or description.

Do not edit samples for any reason, including to create derivative characters.

The oto.ini may be altered.

Do not take undue credit for any part of the voicebank.

Do not use the oto.ini for another UTAU. 

Do not use the voicebanks in songs that promote incest, rape, pedophilia, etc.

Character

Do not claim the character as your own; please do not edit the design to make your own.

Feel free to modify designs to fit songs, but in an appropriate way.

The characters of Kaika and Rizumu are considered siblings and especially should not be used in incestuous settings or portrayed as lovers.

Do not use Kaika and Rizumu in 18+ settings; they are considered minors.

Feel free to use in fanfic/doujin/roleplay.

Pairing

Kaika and Rizumu should not be used in romantic pairings with pedophilic intentions.

Do not romantically pair ARATA with a male character. Platonic relationships are fine.

While my terms may permit relationships, please check the terms of the other character to confirm it is appropriate.

No pairings are official unless stated by me.

Art

Fanart is allowed, and greatly appreciated! Send it my way!

When using official art, be sure to credit the artist. Do not use fanart in a cover using the UTAU without consulting the artist.

I'm always open to taking a commission if you're interested in official artwork for a cover (lol).

R-18 is not allowed with Kaika or Rizumu, but is permitted with ARATA provided it is solo.

Ship art is permitted but make sure it coincides with the pairing terms.

Do not use the characters' images to promote harmful ideals.

Works that are not for profit or for charity are likely allowed, but please check with me first.
